“I was gifted the opportunity by my husband to do a drop in of this yoga meditation class and i was beyond grateful and impressed!! First time trying any form of yoga, I’m also 31 weeks pregnant and Jessica is the instructor and she was the sweetest and most caring person! She accommodated me when necessary during the class and made sure i was comfortable!! I will definitely be returning this was much needed for my mental and some alone ME time!!!
