I've been a member here now for 4 years and I've taken over 325 classes. I took a year off in 2020 during Covid and took some recovery time from 2 heart surgeries but it always feels great to be back and I REALLY miss the classes during the times I've been unable to attend. The trainers are great and understanding when I have an injury and a great at offering modifications when needed. I've lost body fat and increased my strength and lean mass. It's not a cheap gym membership but I look at it as an investment in my health. We were visiting Round Rock for our daughters softball tourney and dropped into this location to squeeze in a workout. Micheal and Ashley were absolutely fantastic welcoming us and showing us the workout there! I would absolutely return to this location if we are ever back in the neighborhood! The workout was great and they were both super positive! I highly recommend you give this location a try if your considering joining F45!
