“This dental office save me a lot of grief - on March 19, 2020. That’s the date that Texas was effectively shut down for the most part and businesses shutter doors along with schools and everything else.

That same day, a cap came off the back of one of my molars, and I started calling around to get it looked at, but could not get anyone to help. No dental office would accept me. Some of the advice I got was barbaric in terms of what to do and not knowing whenever my open tooth would be addressed.

I called Ideal Dental and pleaded that they helped me and one of the doctors agreed to stay and treat me .

I left there with a cap that was replacement and had to endure a long time with it until I got the permanent CAP some year later I think.

Regardless, I was very relieved that they were able to help me and at least situate me enough to work with it .

My last visit was just about the most perfect dental visit you could ever have .

Dr. Salvi replaced my old cap that fell off again and was salvageable, and removed the cap off of neighboring tooth to replace it. She had the most gentle and effective touch using the Dental instruments - and Tom on hand.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a treatment done, and made it home some five minutes from the dental office, with the anesthesia wearing off. It was perfect!

That doctor had the most awesome dental touch with knowing exactly how much Novacaine to give me so that would effectively dead to me, but not be so much that I would be feeling as though my face was falling off for the remainder of the day.

Also, Linda, the assistant, was able to create a temp cap that was probably the most uncomplicated fitting ever experienced in my life.

Usually, they have to grind away at the temporary CAP until they finally get my bite to work.

Linda had me adjust twice and was done in a very short timeframe and I was out the door. By the time the Novacaine wore off, I realized that my bite was perfect .

Dr. Salvi and Linda are a heck of a dental duo! I’m definitely going to be repeating business here for my dental needs!

“Receptionist was amazing and the nurse came in and she was explanatory knew her job and very sweet to talk to enjoyed. The dentist wasn’t in there very long and she fixed my crown and I was on my way.“
