“I am so impressed at how thorough and informative my first appointment was today. I spoke about some of my dental history and my current concerns which were all addressed in my treatment plan. Very friendly and welcoming.“

“This dental office is a Rockwall GEM! It also doesn't hurt that it's close to my other favorite place to go, a certain store with an orange logo and lots of tools! After I expressed my frustration with finding a dentist who will do a great job, but not over-treat, Dr. Williamson was recommended to me by two friends who are both retired dentists, one of whom served the presidential fleet including the pilots and crews of Air Force One in the 89th airlift wing during the Johnson and Bush administrations. My first visit went great. I told my wife the the staff were welcoming and some attend a church like our own. The office has invested heavily in technology, and exudes a warm and friendly atmosphere. Kelly did a fantastic job doing my x-rays, pictures and initial health history. I have set up our entire family with their office. They are out-of-network, so my insurance will not pay as much for many procedures, but for the most common preventative care, it still covers 80 to 100% of the cost. In the end, I think our costs are going to be about the same, without the shenanigans of the insurance company's approval. I'm not the cheapest in my own industry, preferring to provide greater value, and my impression is that Dr. Williamson's office is the same.“

“First of all, every single lady at this office is soooo nice ( didn’t see any men). They are very friendly and helpful up front, Kari is awesome . In back I saw Dr Stein and let me tell you she was so knowledgeable, great bedside manner, gentle, and I can’t rave enough! I am a nurse and take being poked and prodded at Dr/lab visits but dental visits give me anxiety. After 40 years of dental experiences she was by far - a landslide - the best care I’ve ever gotten!!! She was wonderful. Made me feel comfortable each step of the way. She is also a very good teacher about dental health and what’s happening in your mouth or what she’s doing and that’s a first for me as well. Her assistants Kim and Katie I believe ( I’ve been twice) are so great also. They are just all warm and friendly and help you get comfortable and it takes away all the anxiety. I didn’t feel a thing and came in with a broken tooth in fragments and needed to pull those out and do a crown. All this started in my birthday and they helped get me fixed up so I could try to have a good day. Dr stein was Hands down the best ! Recommend without a doubt and already sending family and a friend that way . Dr Stein is absolutely wonderful !“

“I can’t thank Dr Chris and the crew enough. They are great folks. I did fast braces with him. Because of cash flow we couldn't pay faster but he was very calm and work with us with patience and even work with us to get us on our Insurance that was active almost at the end around the time when I have to take my braces off.Alysa and Kenzi are very helpful and friendly at the office.Highly recommended.Love my teeth. ♥️“

“This dental office save me a lot of grief - on March 19, 2020. That’s the date that Texas was effectively shut down for the most part and businesses shutter doors along with schools and everything else.

That same day, a cap came off the back of one of my molars, and I started calling around to get it looked at, but could not get anyone to help. No dental office would accept me. Some of the advice I got was barbaric in terms of what to do and not knowing whenever my open tooth would be addressed.

I called Ideal Dental and pleaded that they helped me and one of the doctors agreed to stay and treat me .

I left there with a cap that was replacement and had to endure a long time with it until I got the permanent CAP some year later I think.

Regardless, I was very relieved that they were able to help me and at least situate me enough to work with it .

My last visit was just about the most perfect dental visit you could ever have .

Dr. Salvi replaced my old cap that fell off again and was salvageable, and removed the cap off of neighboring tooth to replace it. She had the most gentle and effective touch using the Dental instruments - and Tom on hand.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a treatment done, and made it home some five minutes from the dental office, with the anesthesia wearing off. It was perfect!

That doctor had the most awesome dental touch with knowing exactly how much Novacaine to give me so that would effectively dead to me, but not be so much that I would be feeling as though my face was falling off for the remainder of the day.

Also, Linda, the assistant, was able to create a temp cap that was probably the most uncomplicated fitting ever experienced in my life.

Usually, they have to grind away at the temporary CAP until they finally get my bite to work.

Linda had me adjust twice and was done in a very short timeframe and I was out the door. By the time the Novacaine wore off, I realized that my bite was perfect .

Dr. Salvi and Linda are a heck of a dental duo! I’m definitely going to be repeating business here for my dental needs!
