I have been going to Dr. Koetter for 13+ years now, and have never had a bad experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the office is immaculate, and Dr. Koetter really takes the time to explain what she’s doing, why, and still has compassion all along the way. I can’t recommend this dental office enough!

This is a great dental office. I have gone to two others in the Rowlett and Rockwall area. This one is by far my go-to preferred dentist and has been for several years. Very professional and thorough hygienists. I trust Dr. Koetter's skill and judgement completely. Always helpful and friendly reception staff as well. The office location is easy to get to from either end of Rockwall and parking is also very convenient.

The best dentist office I've been to, very hospitable and friendly. Especially Aimee at the front desk and Makesa who had cleaned my teeth made for a very enjoyable experience.
