“I went to the facility located Roanoke, hwy 377. Raul was the technician that assisted me. He knew what customer service is. First visit they were crowed and very busy. I picked out a frame, but had to leave. When l returned almost two weeks later he remembered me and the frame l had picked. Raul also told me of the discount l would get by getting two pair. I am very happy with my glasses. Now l have a pair for business and a pair of sunglasses.“
