I went to the facility located Roanoke, hwy 377. Raul was the technician that assisted me. He knew what customer service is. First visit they were crowed and very busy. I picked out a frame, but had to leave. When l returned almost two weeks later he remembered me and the frame l had picked. Raul also told me of the discount l would get by getting two pair. I am very happy with my glasses. Now l have a pair for business and a pair of sunglasses.

Haven't gotten glasses in many years and needed to urgently. I've encountered the entire staff and they all been nice to me, treated me fairly and politely. The doc, assistant and all personnel that work at this location are pleasant to work with. Definitely coming back when I need something done. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication.

the customer service provided by the general manager of this location in Roanoke, TX was so amazing. Mina Yang took the time to listen to my concerns and help me come to a solution quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I was having a terrible day, after I spoke with Mina, not only was I satisfied with the outcome, she had also turned my whole day around. Thank you for having Mina as an employee, and an example for fellow employees.
