“They say dental pain can be one of the worst pains next to Child birth. When I came in on Friday 13th of all days to the Rosenberg location, I was in misery. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Trenise. Trenise was so caring and patient. She could see how much pain I was in and immediately jumped into action to make other arrangements to get the care I needed ASAP or I would’ve had to wait until Tuesday (Which seemed like a lifetime) to see the endodontist. Thank you, Trenise for your thoughtfulness and going above and beyond. Great job to all the other staff who assisted and welcomed me on my 1st and 2nd visit. “I waited two years to write this review to ensure I wasn't offering a premature assessment of my experience and that the services were consistently excellent. I live in Pearland and drive an hour each way to see Dr. Rhodes and the Inspire Smiles team twice a year. Over the past eight years, I've visited at least five dentists in the Pearland area, and my experiences with both my son and myself have been disappointing. Long wait times, subpar service, and poor-quality work have been the norm, and I've had to deal with a poorly done crown, fillings, and cleanings with no accountability. Two years ago, a friend recommended Inspire Smiles after I was struggling with a botched root canal and crown. The dentist who had performed the procedure refused to acknowledge the problem, instead suggesting it was a complex orthodontic issue, when in reality, the crown was poorly done, resulting in a leak and infection. Because I dreaded the hour-long drive to Inspire Smiles but after a few weeks I realized that if I wanted to resolve my pain and dental issue, I would need to make the drive. From the very first visit I knew I had found a better option with Inspire Smile. The office is immaculate, the staff is professional and respectful, and the environment is welcoming and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like warm blankets and excellent TV options to keep you comfortable during procedures. Most importantly, the Inspire Smiles' team have demonstrated exceptional quality and experience. During my first visit, my dental plan didn't cover much, so I ended up paying more out of pocket than I had anticipated, but it was well worth it. Dr. Rhodes was able to carefully drill through new crown to complete the root canal, relieving the pain I had been suffering. Despite having other patients to attend to, Dr. Rhodes never made me feel rushed. The procedure was a success--after about two weeks of alternating between ibuprofen and Tylenol every few hours, I left the office pain-free. The only discomfort I experienced was from holding my mouth open for an extended period and a slight irritation from the clamp, but these were minor compared to the relief I felt from the dental nightmare I had endured with the previous dentist. Since that first visit, I've continued to be impressed by the care and professionalism of the team at Inspire Smiles. So much so, I moved my son to their practice as well. While they aren't a pediatric dentist, their patience, kindness, and skill surpass many pediatric offices I've seen. They are hands down the best dentist my son has ever seen for routine cleanings. I hope he never needs a filling, but if he does, I wouldn't trust anyone else. I recommend Inspire Smiles to everyone I talk to about dentistry. I would trust them with the care of my mom or anyone I love. Dr. Rhodes and the Inspire Smiles team have truly earned my loyalty. I thank God for this team and hope that their quality and service will be matched by a provider closer to home. In the meantime, I continue to joyfully make the drive.“
