I went to see him about getting porcelain veneers, and while I was excited, I was also apprehensive.Dr. Konig and his staff were kind, informative, and made it clear from the first consultation that I had to be 100% satisfied before they would be finished with the job. “My crown on left molar came in emended and fell into my mouth as I was having lunch. I called an set an appointment for noon the next day. After replahh can ing the crown, I was charged &60.00 for replacing the crown. When another crown came in cemented, sever months ago, Dr. Schlicker was in the office. He was not in the office this time and I was charged $60.00 dollars to recement the crown. A crown is a perminate part on the individual tooth. If I was not charged for the last time I had to come in to replace a crown, I should not have been charged for my recent crown replacement.“
