“The older receptionist in the front unfortunately was very rude to me when I came in, yelled at me in front of various personnel. It was very embarrassing and I was considering leaving at that point. Except the sweetest nurse came to assist me as she noticed I was struggling. Doctor Wheeless was super sweet and amazing at explaining. Like mentioned above Nurse Susan couldn't have had a better experience with her, she was extremely considerate, knowledgeable and sweet and I can just go on and on about her. If it weren't for them I would have given a very low rating, but people like them don't deserve it. However the front older receptionist could use some mannerism. So unfortunate.“

It didn't feel like a conveyor line, like some other places we've visited.Very kind and caring professionals.They made sure to present all options and costs while making it clear that there was no pressure for certain things, and explained the reasoning for and against options I asked about. It wasn't a game to see how much money they could get me to spend in one visit.“
