The older receptionist in the front unfortunately was very rude to me when I came in, yelled at me in front of various personnel. It was very embarrassing and I was considering leaving at that point. Except the sweetest nurse came to assist me as she noticed I was struggling. Doctor Wheeless was super sweet and amazing at explaining. Like mentioned above Nurse Susan couldn't have had a better experience with her, she was extremely considerate, knowledgeable and sweet and I can just go on and on about her. If it weren't for them I would have given a very low rating, but people like them don't deserve it. However the front older receptionist could use some mannerism. So...read full review

Our entire experience was exceptional. They were able to see us quickly, saw us on time, the facility and room were clean. When the tech and Veterinarian came in, they spent ample time with us and the price was far better than the service was worth. Hopefully this level of service continues because we want them to be our forever Vet.

Everyone was so patient with my Mom's little girl. She was nervous but was soon filled with comfort from the staff. Thank you for taking care of my little 4 legged sister and calming my human Mommy. Great service and will be returning. Will definitely recommend to others.
