I've been going to Dreamworks for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the customer service. The doctor is always thorough when discussing my concerns with me and I can trust his opinion and input. I have purchased both contacts and glasses here and I've never ran into any issues with my insurance. Both the doctor and staff go above and beyond to keep their customers happy.
Everyone was super friendly. I didn't feel rushed. Entire staff, including doctor, took the time to explain procedure, process, and how to care for contacts. Showed me how to put them in and take them out. They went over my benefits and were super quick getting me in. Called for appointment and was seen 2 hours later! Will definitely go back and tell everyone about my experience!!!!
Staff and Dr. Patel were friendly and thorough. Making the appointment was super easy to do online. Probably will go there for my dental check up because it’s literally in the same building!
