Edit to this review: the doctor called me directly, the issue got resolved. I updated to the 5 stars like I wanted to in the beginning. Wherever you go, if they take care of you, please shop there!Original:I used to like to go here, have been for years with the same BCBS of TX insurance, but the desk person can’t find our insurance or doesn’t have enough skills to dig deeper. Sadly, my entire family has to go elsewhere. Otherwise, I like the doctors. But if you can’t get to see them, what’s the point?
Great experience. I got in and out quickly with my prescription. Both employees were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I'll be back here again next year for my prescription.
The doctor and receptionist were incredibly nice and professional! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions! I highly recommend!!
