Billed me for additional cost after my visit for eye exam. I paid for my insurance de-ductile, the separate out-of-pocket cost for an exam they said wouldn't be covered by my insurance. I thought I was all settled up, and then later get a bill for more money. Not the way I am used to doing business.

Dr. Amy is the only eye doctor I can find for toddlers. She is really good at interacting with kids and examing eyes while playing. We have visited for two years, and my kids love her.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to the front staff here. They’ve come through on last minute emergencies for my teen (ordering in frames overnight before a trip and giving us extra lenses at no cost when he was on his last pair!)I’m so grateful for their help, all with a big smile on their faces??
