The whole experience is like a well-oiled machine - From check in at the desk to eye measurements to the doctor seeing me to the contact lens specialist and the eyeglass specialists to check out and payment, everything is so smooth! We have been coming here for years - I even brought my dad who had dementia. They were sweet and patient with him too and Dr Shrum was a complete gem and so good at getting dad to hold still through TWO cataract surgeries! Thank you everyone at Berkeley!!!“

“I have been “seeing” Dr Kuo and Dr Bui for years! They are excellent at what they do and I love supporting small, family businesses. I hadn’t been there in a couple of years since my recent visit but I do recall waiting quite a bit last time and this time as well. I would like to see them make appointments based on the time they spend with patients - perhaps space them out a little more rather than having patients wait. I am very particular about time and I do believe it’s disrespectful to waste people’s time. I work in the hospital industry and this is a standard there, too — making people wait. It’s just not ideal. I hope Dr Bui and Dr Kuo will consider stretching appointment times a bit more so that their customers don’t face such a long wait time. Dr Bui and Dr Kuo, thank you for all you do!“
