Not only did he listen to me, but he quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem, and then treated my Bubba with a variety of non-pharmaceuticals! Bubba is THRIVING again! “I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Beaumont and her practice. When I first relocated to Dallas, I went to another eye specialist in Plano after my Shih-Tzu showed ulcer-like symptoms. After a few weeks of treatment, they told me he was healed, but as his mother, I knew something wasn't right. Desperately, I called around for a second opinion from another specialist. Animal Eye was able to squeeze me in, and they confirmed my fears that Pepper was not healed and needed more treatment. I was relieved to find a place that listened to me and took my concerns seriously.

My Pepper is no stranger to eye issues, and I've been fighting to keep his eyes healthy for the last seven years. With Dr. Beaumont's help, we are now doing more preventive care with check-in visits a few times a year to keep Pepper's eyes healthy. “We were able to be seen immediately! Called as soon as they opened and were seen within the hour! The receptionist was very sweet and personable. We saw Dr. Shanti today and he took his time listening to our concerns, addressed our cat’s skin condition and our cat is now on the road to recovery! Our cat is very selective and LOVES Dr. Shanti! He even accepted his chin scritches and was a good boy for Dr. Shanti to complete his exam (he normally hisses and swats, but he did not this time!). The technician we saw today was also very thorough with explaining the medications before check out, ensuring we understood their use and what they were needed for.
