Very satisfied and would absolutely recommend Staggs Plumbing. Staff has been incredibly polite and helpful from the initial phone call to set the appointment, through the end of our service call. Communication is stellar, with prompt messaging regarding appointment time and a courtesy call from the tech letting us know they were on their way with an estimated arrival time… very refreshing compared to our other experiences. Reece and his assistant Austin were helpful and very knowledgeable. Our specific tankless water heater is a Rinnai and Reece is certified with Rinnai so he was able to pinpoint the issues with ease. We’ve been without hot water for close to 4 weeks now, going in circles with other plumbers which is a long time! But we have full confidence that when the parts needed arrive on Monday we will finally have a working water heater again.
