“I hired O'Bryan Plumbing to flush my water heater and change out a hose spigot. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment to the end of the appointment, everything went right. The lady that answered the phone was friendly and even considered what worked best for me when scheduling. We had a major storm the morning of the appointment, and they did not cancel despite the weather. Mark arrived on time and worked outside in the rain to replace the spigot. He also flushed the water heater efficiently. He explained all my options and pricing beforehand, which I appreciated. He even did a complimentary safety evaluation of my plumbing! My water heater works perfectly now, and the new hose spigot is great. I would highly recommend O'Bryan Plumbing for their professionalism and customer service.“
