We were truly lost as first time puppy owners and I don't care how many you tube videos you watch or articles you read there is nothing like having a skilled trainer in your home gently pointing out ways to improve what you are doing and taking the lead on getting your puppy to obey. We especially appreciated the reward approach as we had tried out someone else who was all about intimidation methodology. We would like to specially praise Robin for all of the hours he spent with Winston but also Kai and his team for the puppy class training. HIGHLY recommend this company and the reverse board program specifically.“
