“We were able to be seen immediately! Called as soon as they opened and were seen within the hour! The receptionist was very sweet and personable. We saw Dr. Shanti today and he took his time listening to our concerns, addressed our cat’s skin condition and our cat is now on the road to recovery! Our cat is very selective and LOVES Dr. Shanti! He even accepted his chin scritches and was a good boy for Dr. Shanti to complete his exam (he normally hisses and swats, but he did not this time!). The technician we saw today was also very thorough with explaining the medications before check out, ensuring we understood their use and what they were needed for.
