“Holy guacamole! These guys are GOOD. The back part of my house had started settling excessively during the 2023 heat/drought and the expansion seam showed it. I couldn't open a couple of windows on the second story because the brick sagging had torqued the window frames. After Strive finished installing the steel piers, the expansion seam was closed completely, just like it was when brand new, and the windows worked again! When they were done, they meticulously cleaned everything up and left everything in working order. And their pricing on the steel piers is the most inexpensive I could fine.
