“Why wait three years to write a review for the work done to my home by Level 1 General Construction? That's an easy answer. The reviews written the day after are going to be perfect. But what was the quality like after a few years of wear and tear?A single plank of my vinyl floor doesn't want to stay down! For those of you who know me, my sarcasm can get in the way of the truth.Consider this: After spending thousands of dollars on our nearly total home renovation three years ago this month, there is one plank of tile floor that is stubborn.Bottom line. You can be assured that Level 1 and their team will do the quality you want and expect. The cost is more than reasonable compared to other options. Is Todd the low-bidder? No. Is he the highest? No. Is he the most honest about what he says he will do for the cost he quotes? Absolutely. In fact, his team did more than I paid them for.One example. The few rooms we did not remodel they painted the cieling, walls, and closets, including removing the '70s popcorn without asking. When I asked how much that would cost me, they said, "We did it because it just wouldn't look right to leave part of the house unfinished." The cost - zero.“

When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process.Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. “Highly recommend!!!! Wilsan Construction did an exceptional job on my job repair. My hot water heater tank leaked into my guest bathroom causing major problems. It was right before Christmas holiday. It was difficult finding a contractor that was available and affordable until Wilsan Construction came to my rescue. I was able to schedule a quick appointment for an estimate based on my difficult schedule. I had family coming for a visit for the holidays so I needed that extra bathroom ASAP. The repairs started the next day ( week of Christmas). Wilsan Construction did not disappoint. My bathroom looked brand new. I forgot to mention that his bid was the least expensive out of 5. The work and clean up was exceptional. I will be using Wilsan Construction for all my home projects. You won’t go wrong with Wilsan Construction.“
