Tony, was great came out on holiday and checked my unit. Found a leak and I went with a replacement. It was all done with a very reasonable time. Luis and his crew were very professional and arrived at the designated time. They also cleaned up after.
I would highly recommend anyone needing any AC assistance to call Rio Air.

Called Rio Air when the other 3 AC companies would not come out to my home. Tony showed up and did not leave until he figured out the problem. This was Friday at 4:30 and Tony had to come back on Saturday morning to finish the job. He mentioned they typically do not work on the weekend. But he made it happen!
