Great company, called and came the same day. Had the part on hand to do the exchange and had my AC running good in a very short time. Recommend Alex as the technician, he worked efficiently and quickly to fix the problem.

Having polar air come to our restaurant is always amazing. Alex is one of the best techs. Every time he comes in he always takes us through step by step on the process he takes to fix our units, and informs us how to maintain it or what we can do to prevent it from happening again. He always goes above and beyond and can't wait to see him or his co-workers come in and save the day!

We had a problem with our central air, and they immediately sent “Austin P”as much as possible with our central air immediately, he didn't want to leave until everything was in order We highly recommend them always attentive to have the family satisfied and not pass heat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
