I also like the Scarsdale location.Yes, you have to stay on top of the staff if you get bloodwork or meds, but use you patient portal! It keeps the phone lines less busy, and you will usually get your results before anyone calls you.Don't trust Dr. Google with your results. Do feel free to get a second opinion, whether it's a CNA friend or even another doctor in the facility. You aren't beholden to any one doctor like at other medical groups.Their goal is to help you, and to make a living. In that order. If it's not, report them. You'll be surprised how quickly any complaints made in person are handled. I wish they had a more open mind about therapy. I left because the disrespect was unreal- to the therapists, not the patients. They follow HIPPA like anywher/e else. But interrupting my session to ask about scheduling? Sorry, no.My primary doc is still in this group, technically at Scarsdale, but she fills in other places, like this location. For every complaint you make, be sure to find a compliment. They take compliments just as seriously. I love this place.“

“Claim to be a sliding scale Clinic and that they take walk-ins. When you get there you find out it takes four or more months. But they offer payment plans to help you pay...also they try hard to fit you into the schedule to be seen.“

At the front desk, some are very rude, the gastrointerologist nurses never return calls and do not answer regularly, they transfer calls, appointments are very sporadic, very rarely. I was able to get an appointment nearby. Because of this I had to go to the hospital. And much more.“
