Dr. Yip is an awesome pediatrician, but Kelsey is so corporate. It takes forever to schedule an appointment and when you do have one, you end up waiting 30+ min for the doctor cause they're all overbooked. It's not the doctors' fault - it's Kelsey booking them every 10-15min so they would have every minute billable. When looking for a specialist at Kelsey (such as ENT or an orthopedic), they are booked MONTHS in advance. Who can wait that long to receive care???? And they charge an arm and a leg. Overall, we're happy with the doctors but not the administration, and we are looking to change providers.

From scheduling to ck in to nursing staff and Dr. and labs It is always a pleasant experience. And very time sensitive never ever a wait! I am so happy to be with KS. And I love my One Stop Shop lol everything under one roof!

Dr.Leung is the absolute best! He is the best OBGYN I’ve ever had. I never wanted a male OBGYN but decided to give him a try and I have no regrets. He has great bedside manners (which is so important as a healthcare professional) and has an amazing personality and takes the times to listen to any concerns and answer questions. He delivered my second baby a few weeks ago and did a fantastic job with my c-section! Definitely will be keeping him as my OBGYN for future needs! Recommended him to family and friends!
