Whole staff is incredibly knowledgeable and took time to answer all our questions. Walked us through how to maintain the training. Bella still knows all of her commands. We got updates on her progress while she was in training and they made sure to check in with us prior to follow up appointments to make sure things were going well. “I had an amazing experience with Waggin' Tails. I'm am very grateful for the staff because they were extremely helpful when I was in a tight position and desperately needed to get my dog boarded.Once you drive on the property, you immediately notice the space the ranch has for pets to run around. When you walk in the front, there is a cute little store with all kinds of treats and dog accessories.The check-in process was simple. I walked in and told them I was there to drop off my dog, and they took her from me within minutes. I dropped her off with her food, leash, and collar.Before drop off, they had me fill out a form detailing how to care for my pet. I was able to tell them how often to feed her and how much to feed her each meal.Once I picked her up, I got a report card that detailed who she played with and photographs during her visit. I will be back here when I need to board my pup again!!!“
