“Here is a company that knows customer service. I walked into the shop looking for pipe insulation because the temp was forecast to drop below freezing. There was a short line of people at the counter but someone behind the counter looked and acknowledged me. When it was my turn, the fellow sent a runner for my parts and he came back, printed an invoice and pointed me to the accounts payable lady. I was out in a flash.
