Had a slow leak from wall between LR and Kitchen. Blamed dog. Too much water. Called All Valley Plumbing. They sent Osvaldo Hernandez. He brought a small FLIR camera and after looking all along the L shaped wall he showed me an area in red that he suspected to be the leak. We went into the kitchen and next to the sink in a lower cabinet he told me he was going to cut through the rear of the cabinet the dry wall and expose the wall’s interior. To my surprise he found a white drain line and a blue drain line. He turned on the sink water and with his camera caught an active bubbling leak. Video attached. Edgar Gonzalez did an amazing job on replacing our water heater. He was polite, efficient and very forthcoming on the procedures, costs and every aspect of the service. Cannot say enough positive comments about the whole experience. Very satisfied.

Edgar Hernandez was my technician today.He was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable with all questions I had on my water heater issue.Mr. Hernandez went step by step with diagnosing my water heater. He communicated with me as he worked to narrow down the issue.After a few minutes of examination he concluded what the water heater issue was and addressed correctly.The work he completed was clean and meticulously performed.He communicated with my water heater’s manufacturer’s warranty department and coordinated an even exchange at the local Home Depot since it was still under the manufacturers’ warranty coverage.Mr. Hernandez made the work look easy.I learned...read full review
