Joe is such a great guy — he showed up on a Sunday of all days to help me and my husband out. A real genuine human being.
Not only did he fix the issue, he took his time to help my husband look for potential issues that could’ve shorted our connector for the outside unit before leaving. All while teaching my husband things about the AC unit like preventive care and what to look out for.
11 out of 10 would recommend and will be calling in the future should we need HVAC help again!
