My experience was great from start to finish. The lady that took my call was very friendly and customer service focused. Our inspector Caleb, was right on time. He spent a lot of time at my home and did a very thorough inspection. I wasn’t there so he set up a time to call me and go over everything that he found and was very professional. Great experience all around I would definitely refer this company to anyone I know.

Serenity Veterans Charity was a godsend for my disabled father who served during the Vietnam conflict. After several heart attacks and strokes his mobility had decreased severely but we wanted to support his choice to try to live independently in his apartment as long as it was safe for him.However his carpets had gotten old and yucky without being replaced for 10 years. The apartment complex was willing to replace the carpets, but we had to find helpful volunteers to move all the furniture out and back, so the work could be done. With his fixed income, it was insurmountable to save up for traditional moving help.His floors are now clean, hygienic, and he has a fresh lease on life. Serenity sent volunteers to help us with our project over 2 sessions. They were compassionate, honest and thorough, working alongside us to meet the challenge. We are extremely grateful for the work Serenity does for veterans in our community, helping veterans live with dignity after their service to our country.

I first used this company in 2000. I had a new house that was only 2 years old and had a roof leak that was causing a spot on my ceiling. I called this company to come figure out what my problem was. The person came out climbed up the latter to look at my roof and immediately said "your flashing is on wrong". They fixed my problem that week. I built another house in 2007 and I only wanted the builder to use this company. I knew that I would get quality service from a true roofing company that hastheir own crew and can check the work to make sure it is done correctly. Unlike roofing salesmen that use whatever crew is available and don't even recognize when the flashing is on wrong. In 2020 my roof had to be replaced due to a hail storm and Ennis Roofing did a wonderful job again. Ennis Roofing also did a great job on the roof of my business office and my fathers house.
