“I hit the jackpot when I stopped by Jules' Salon. She is the friendliest, nicest person I've met here. She cut my hair and planned on getting color, but I ran out of time. Made appt for Monday for color. I cannot wait to go back and have her color my hair. She is honest and very helpful with suggestions on what to do with my thick, frizzy mop! It's a small quaint little salon and I loved it!! She is very affordable. She took the time for me. Just ME! She's a ray of sunshine. Exactly what I needed in a hairdresser.
