“I had moved to a new area and was fortunate to be referred to Nancy. We had a very shy cat we had adopted that I was certain would be terrified by strangers caring for her. But, we needed to visit our family, so we trusted she would be taken care of. Gracie was more than taken care of! She was loved and shown the patience needed to help her come out of her shell and socialized. Our home was well taken care of and secured also. And I received a very special diary of the visits given to Gracie. It is a treasure I will keep. It shows her progress out of her fear. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy and Brittany. “These people have GSD breeding and training down to a science and art. Highly recommended! Update: I finally was able to pick up my perfect female puppy just a few days ago. She's extremely smart and well-behaved and picks things up quickly. She is extremely healthy and we are continuing the diet that she has been on since she was weaned off of her mother. It's an extensive diet that I highly recommend making at least a 30-day large batch in advance. You will not be happier with another dog from someplace else that is a pure of a breed as these German Shepherds are from these fine and nice and knowledgeable people.“

“This is an excellent place for dogs. Following Hurricane Beryl and a prolonged power outage where we struggled to find pet-friendly accommodations, we left our dogs there for about a week. “Our dog Gracie loves to come to the Bewst Friends Pet resort, she enjoys playing all day with her friends and enjoys splashing in the pools. The only down side is they have increased their prices over the last several years.“

Because they were out one generator they took my dog into other dogs with my permission to one of the technicians homes who could take care of them. I find this level of care and love to be outstanding. I would never take my dog anyplace else.“

“We took our baby boy here when his vet couldn't get him in .Our boy was very sick Dr.Reynolds and Dr.Le were awesome with our boy .He is doing so good it was scary how sick he was .My husband and I really love this place and Our boy did as well ? From the vets ,vet techs to the young lady at the front desk were so awesome and cared for our boy .at our vet Zeus was always anxious and growling a couple times he was going to them since he was a pup .Here he loved everyone ❤️ especially one tech who had a car like mine wished I could remember her name Zeus adore her . “Autumn has been working with Selene for over 2 years. I love the engaging activities and enrichments she provides the dogs. It keeps them energized and I love the one on one interaction they get to have with the trainer. Autumn has a great rapport working with Selene.
The entire PetSuites Spring Klein team is awesome. We have a standing reservation for daycare and I have a comfort level knowing she’s in great care when I drop her off. I would highly recommend the training program and facility for daycare and boarding needs.“
