We recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsay at Freedom K9 for a board and train program with our beloved puppy Olive. Lindsay’s expertise and passion for dogs shone through from our very first interaction. My friend Brandy was searching for a good trainer for Willow...her 6 month old energy packed Yorkie. We contacted Darryl at K9 and he listened closely to our concerns and addressed each one. Long story short - the training was supposed to last two weeks. Darryl guarantees his training and stands behind that promise 100%. Willow was not making the progress Darryl knew would be needed so he ended up keeping him another 2+ weeks until the job was finished. There was no additional charge for this and WIllow came home a brand new dog. We could not more highly recommend this company and Darryl as a trainer. Lindsey does an amazing job training dogs. She understands balanced training and effectively shapes behavior in a way that the dog can learn quickly. She communicates well with clients so that they understand how to reinforce desirable behaviors with the dog and how to extinguish negative behaviors.
