“New Armor Restoration saved us during a horrible time in our lives. I called them at 3:45 in the morning and the owner himself picked up the phone when he heard the panic in my voice.
Our entire bottom floor flooded and we needed help. They were there within 1 hour, introducing themselves and getting to work. Not only were they quickly working to rectify the problem, they were continually putting me at ease.
It’s hard having strangers in your home, but the professionalism of all these guys (special shout out to Juan!), made the whole experience so much easier. He has such a vast knowledge of water mitigation; he explained everything they were doing and the overall picture of what the next few days would entail.
They were so nice and understanding when we found out our homeowners insurance didn’t cover water damage ??‍♀️ but worked with me to find a solution that accommodated us all.
