“I can’t begin to describe how amazing my experience was yesterday. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, everybody looked up and greeted me. Melissa was waiting and asked if I was “Jennifer” and being expected by name and not “what are you here for” stood out immediately. I’ve had facials before, but the experience I had with Melissa was one that I will never forget. I’ve already booked my next appointment. Stepping into the room, it was very clean, warm and welcoming. Can we talk about the relaxation part too, because that was a 10/10. We had a great conversation too. She’s very personable, professional, and has the kindest heart. I know I don’t know her aside from meeting her for the first time yesterday but you can tell she works hard and loves her family. For me, that’s something I admire in a person and when you have someone like that working for your company it speaks volumes. I’ve already began to tell all my friends about going here and taking the trip from San Antonio, because it’s well worth it. I know everything comes with a dollar amount but the experience that I had while I was there and the way that I felt when I left makes me want to go back again and again. Just from 1 visit. This will be the place I go to for my facials from now on. Thank you again so so much and I look forward to my next appointment.“

“I loved the salon and the stylist. My 12 year old went for a back to school special of a free cut with color treatment. Very easy to make an appointment and so friendly. Disappointed that my daughter was given no instructions on how to care for her hair or recommendations on products. She ended up washing it immediately which I'm not sure she should have done. Also a little pricey for a preteen with a free cut, but we were very pleased with the result so I paid and tipped accordingly!“
