So I went in this evening with no prior experiences with spray tanning-other than the little bit of research I’ve done. Anna was very kind and eager to answer all of my questions, she informed me of a few upgrades to improve my experience, Palm Beach Tan needs to recognize Anna for her great customer service, sales techniques, and knowledge. The ONLY thing that was a little weird-and maybe this is the same everywhere-the previous solution didn’t look like it got wiped out of the booth-it was just pooled up so that’s just what I would have preferred. I love PBT! Our package lets us get all shimmery when we need to and can pause for the rest of the time. Great customer service, Julia is super sweet. Highly recommend PBT to get River or event ready!

Absolutely amazed with Chrystal's customer service!!! I have had troubles with my account because I have moved recently and the markets aren't connected to where they can easily pull up my info. I tried to unfreeze my account about 30 min before they closed and the palm beach employee (she was amazing, so sweet and helpful. I wish I remembered her name:/) said there wasn't much she could do (which I totally get) and gave me the customer service telephone number.
