He’s incredibly thorough, always down for a good conversation, and anytime we have questions or concerns, he doesn’t walk away without ensuring we’re comfortable with his answers. “Our existing unit was over ten years old and could not cool our house. I called Climate Express and they came out the very next day. Emily was the first contact I had with the company. She went over all the options with me and helped me decide on a new system. I have since used Emily several times and she has always come through for us. You got a question??? She has the answer. She gave me an estimate on a Thursday and they were here to install the new system on the following Monday. It took less than a day to take out the old system and install the new system. The new unit far exceeds my dreams. Last summer during the heatwave our house never got below 78. Hot and humid. The new system keeps us very cool and does a great job of reducing the humidity. I have had a few questions for the service people and they have gone out of their way to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Climate Express to anyone looking to service their existing system or to upgrade to a new model. My old system had a 14.0 seer rating and ran all the time. Our new system has a 19.0 seer rating and runs about half the time of the old unit. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Climate Express.“

“I had to pick up a pump during a hurricane that was hitting the coast and the staff here was amazing. These guys went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done. There was even a problem with the hitch and instead of telling me too bad they busted out a torch and fixed it.“

“I requested that the most experienced tech come out to address the recurring problem I had been having with the air handler. That is, that the air filters I replaced when due were wet with moisture and were not lasting. This issue had been addressed previously but no one had a proper solution to correct the problem. The tech immediately identified the problem. It turned out that there was a leak coming from the coil. He took a picture of the coil to show his boss the problem. He inquired as to how old the A/c was. I showed him the invoice which he took a picture of to show his boss. He also informed me that the a/c was under warranty.
