I have rented from this location a couple of times before. so I have had different experiences each occasion. 1st time everything was excellent. 2nd time it took them 30 minutes to find the equipment that I'd rented, no one knew where it was at. 3rd time I rented a dump trailer, got it loaded and was ready to dump it in the battery was dead. Was in a location where it made it very difficult to get the battery charged. The good news to that was that I called them and told them that I was going to be on able to return it that day due to wasting time on having to charge battery. Upon returning it they Apologized would not charge me. I thought that was pretty nice but...read full review

I had to pick up a pump during a hurricane that was hitting the coast and the staff here was amazing. These guys went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done. There was even a problem with the hitch and instead of telling me too bad they busted out a torch and fixed it.
