“Meyer Brandt built our home 7 years ago. I interviewed several custom home builders, and just got a good feeling from this smaller, family-run company. I had built a spec home before, but this was my first truly custom built home. The experience was so much nicer. I sketched out my floor plan on paper and Meredith converted it to detailed architectural designs. From start to finish, Kyle planned and scheduled subcontractors so there were never any delays.
