I was worried about CrossFit gyms initially because Im short, fat, uncoordinated and kind of useless. Im so glad I joined and got the courage up to go in! It's such a welcoming environment and people are so friendly. I'm perpetually embarrassed by myself, but I don't feel it there. There are people in all stages of a fitness journey and all ages.
