My experience here was super fantastic. I worked with Kaitlyn and she not only provided me with a great service, but she was also incredibly nice and easy to talk to. The facility was also very nice and clean, so I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a waxing service!

I really wish I could remember her name. I know it start with a “K” and she has only been in the Plano area for 2 years. She was amazing, very friendly and very thorough. We don’t live in area but have used the same European Wax location in Austin for 5 years. We made an appointment here during Thanksgiving week while we were in the area. I would definitely return here regularly if I lived in the area. This is also a newer store, loved the tables a lot more here.

My aesthetician Tiffany is great and I highly recommend her. I have been getting services from Tiffany for over three years and followed her from her previous location. Though this new location is 45min away from my home, her skillset is worth the drive!! Her level of professionalism and quality of work deserves more than 5 stars.Unfortunately, I can't say the same for some of the staff at this new location where she works.On my last visit 10/19/23, I was very early and waited for my appointment.
