I love the sauna here! The staff is very nice and considerate. They offered me a free red light therapy session while I was waiting for the sauna one day it was running late. Booking online is very easy too.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Scheduling is easy and getting in and out is efficient. I can feel an improvement in my overall muscle pain and overall energy after utilizing the services for only a short few weeks.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and nice! Amazing customer ethic! I mostly do the cryotherapy after weight lifting and do believe it aids in muscle recovery. Restore is highly recommended!
