When we walked into the show room, I was anticipating getting poor customer service because our order would be so small. But Marcie went above and beyond, walking us to their selection of sheet vinyl, and when we didn't see anything we liked, she ordered 6 sample books and let us take them home. Her attention, knowledge, and commitment to our satisfaction was incredible. She treated us with so much care, and our order was not even $200. Seriously incredible.
