“This is the most nonresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Their agents have no idea what they are doing. They say to go through their website but that doesn't work either. Steer clear of this company if you want good service.Update:I was finally able to schedule a mowing and to be fair, the person they sent to do the job was competent. However, I was told I would be charged $19 for the initial mowing fee.Instead of being charged the promised $19 for the first mowing, I was charged $74. This included a $22 fee because my grass was high, which I was OK with. But if I had been charged the promised $19 fee in addition to the $22 surcharge, I would have been asked to pay $41, not $74. Therefore, they were over-charging me $33.What makes this worse is that I am dealing with a metastatic cancer right now and I was looking for something to make my life easier.BTW, if you look at my other reviews - they are mostly 5 star reviews. I am not a chronic complainer. However, my reviews are honest. Lawnstarter actually deserves zero stars, not one.UPdate: They reached out to me via email and fixed the price issue. They were very gracious about it. So I agreed to continue with their mowing service and I've upgraded them from 1 star to 3 stars. If they continue to do good work and continue to be responsive, I will continue to upgrade the stars. I do appreciate them reaching out to me and fixing the problem.
