This is the most nonresponsive company I have ever dealt with. Their agents have no idea what they are doing. They say to go through their website but that doesn't work either. Steer clear of this company if you want good service.Update:I was finally able to schedule a mowing and to be fair, the person they sent to do the job was competent. However, I was told I would be charged $19 for the initial mowing fee.Instead of being charged the promised $19 for the first mowing, I was charged $74. This included a $22 fee because my grass was high, which I was OK with. But if I had been charged the promised $19 fee in addition to the $22 surcharge, I would have been asked to...read full review

If you just want your lawns, edges and hard areas tended to, then these guys are all good.... prices for other work may be a little high so shop around on that front. But, we’ve had no issues... they do a good job at the normal stuff.

Lawnstarter has hands down the best customer service of any lawn care services in Texas. I highly recommend them for your lawn care and they have a great lawn maintenance blog with fun facts about college stadiums and DIY lawn care tips.
