“It is very good place and good service. After covid business style changed. Before I paid $10+2, after covid suddenly change rate to $16,$ 20, $22. There is no fixed price for same type hair cut every time I go .same person charge me different all last four times .some how that type practice stop me to go there. I thought they are trying to stop me going there other wise no reason to charge every time different amount for sand type hair cut. If they have a standard rate I will still like to go back .I am regular from last four years. Only thing I can't make a conversation because I don't know Spanish. Generally most conversation going on in Spanish that shop .I will wait to change some standard price and open communication.“

“My go to for haircuts in Austin. I get a basic haircut once a year, cut about 4-5 inches off each time, sometimes get layers and other times not. I ask for Trisha, she is not there every day so I usually call in advance to make an appointment. She has open availability usually so not hard to get in quick. Always satisfied with her work! “I NEVER write google reviews… or yelp or whatever. But I just went to see Ken today for a single process color and cut. My hair is dark brown but I wanted a little bit darker and showed him a photo of what I’ve had in the past. He nailed the color with a single look and cut my hair so fast and strategically, all the while being completely enjoyable and relatable to talk to.While my hair was processing, he had two other patrons come in at different times for their haircuts (2 men’s hair cuts) and let me know he didn’t forget about me on the other side whilst taking care of them.I have (we’ll I guess had) very, very long hair that had not been cut in over a year. Ken got rid of my dead, limp hair while maintaining my desire for long hair. When seeing someone else a while back, they charged me $475 (without tip) for a cut and single process color of the same if not worse quality than what Ken provided. Our first appointment was an in depth analysis of my hair , routine , and product recommendations. She’s a wealth of knowledge! Since then we have done express hair cut appointments where I come in with a wash and go. She’s such a perfectionist and won’t let you leave her chair until your hair is perfect!
