The attention to detail was impressive, as they not only listened attentively to my hair needs but also tailored the entire experience to meet those needs. Kera is absolutely heaven sent! She used to do my hair a several years ago before I moved out of Austin. I moved back to Austin a couple of years ago and made the mistake of going to someone new for my hair due to availability (because I wasn’t being patient) and ended up with damaged/broken hair due to that stylist sneaking chemicals in my hair unknowingly to me. I came back to Kera with my confidence destroyed because my hair is a lot to me. Kera has been so patient and nurturing with my hair (as always) and has already helped re-strengthen my hair after a few sessions. I took my 12 year old son there after seeing several referrals for curly hair. Everyone was very welcoming and sweet to him. Kayla did an amazing job on his hair, did exactly what he asked for, and he loved it. It's also a beautiful salon with snacks and drinks available.
