Every team member greeted with us, shared a some personal humor and put us at ease. It has that old small town feel and not the rushed in rushed out atmosphere. The Vet and the attendee took time to get to know us and what we were experiencing. We have a special needs pup and the Vet screened through all the documents we had asked questions before ever making any judgement calls. She is a brilliant woman that takes the time to explain things to animal owners in a way they can understand. She was so compassionate when I had to put my cat down and really took the time to make sure my cat and I were comfortable and fully understood all of the decisions.
