Nena, was a stray dog that found us on a cold February afternoon and ever since that moment she stole our hearts. “Just had to make the difficult, yet necessary decision of euthanizing our 17 year old terrier. The staff, from the front office to the Veterinarian, could not have been more professional and comforting during the process. And although it was incredibly stressful, as these things inevitably are, they made us comfortable, but most importantly we felt our dog was comfortable and cared for, and passed peacefully and without pain.

I decided to do a 1:1 session boarding for the day & the morning manager on 10/07/2024 and Christina at the front desk did a great job with making sure my dog felt comfortable throughout her entire stay since it was her first time at pet paradise.
