Kim explains everything she is doing and she does it with grace. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the room, it smelled so refreshing and the dimmed lights and calm music was also relaxing. She does incredible Thai massage, (I’ve had others) and is very accommodating to my needs and is never in a rush. I get 2 hours at a time. I’ve now had several from her and my body and strength are improving. She is very strong, which is needed as I am 6’8” and around 275lbs. “I was having trouble sleeping the last few nights and the pain in my shoulder + back became so unbearable that I was in desperate need of relief. Thankfully I came across this spot and was very happy they had an opening! The place was very clean and professional and I liked that Jen actually looked over my intake form to see what my most pressing concerns for the massage were. My shoulder + back was like a block of granite from stress and Jen worked on kneading it out for, I kid you not, at least 100 minutes. I left feeling so much better and am so grateful for her persistence on addressing my massage needs!“

“UPDATE:I’m updating my review from two stars to five stars because the manager reached out to me personally within one hour of leaving this review and messaging the business, and offered me a free 30 minute massage with her to make up for my bad experience. I had paid and tipped for a one hour massage but I appreciated her trying to make it right. Coco was AMAZING and I will definitely go back to see her and only her. Thank you Coco. I appreciate a manager who cares about their business and puts customers first!I had appointment and came in for a full body massage. I’m certainly understanding of a language barrier but my therapist (I use that word loosely) understood and spoke zero English so she couldn’t understand what I wanted. I had expressed on the phone I specifically wanted someone to work on my neck and hands and she did neither. She worked on my neck for maybe two minutes when she hastily flipped me over at the end even though I had asked several times for her to please work on my neck. A good therapist knows how to space out a massage so they have time for everything. I also asked for hands and feet and got neither. Literally didn’t even massage my feet at all and this is a reflexology place?! She was super nice as was the lady on the phone but communication is key in massage and I did not get what I asked for or paid for. It seemed like I was just stuck with someone who had no clue what they were doing. I am looking for a good therapist and would be a loyal customer. This place has great reviews and I was hopeful. Very disappointed.“

From my initial greeting to the end of my warm and friend gave a very thoughtful massage, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure, and making sure I was comfortable throughout, and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, candles, soft relaxing music, I would certainly recommend . Great attitude. Just had a fabulous head, neck and shoulder massage . Now I feel relaxed, stress free and ready for the weekend. It was a really good massage, focused exactly where I requested in a lovely setting. I will definitely be going back! I have had quite a few different types of massages at different places, mostly for the relief of stiff muscles, and simply because I like it. Actually the treatment also includes the arms, neck, shoulders, and your face. Time just flies during such a treatment! It was extremely relaxing to such a point, that I was almost sleeping.
